Monthly Flying Stars

In this traditional Feng Shui system, the numbers 1–9 represent qualities of qi, rather than physical stars. They move through eight compass palaces and the Center over time.

The teacher’s method reads three layers together: P, the long-term Period; A, the Annual influence; and Mo, the Monthly influence. The monthly layer combines with the longer layers rather than replacing them. Their relationships matter more than any single number.

Here, the chart is independent of a property. Monthly Qi reads the Center as the background, with approved whole-chart patterns as context. The teacher’s spatial remedies appear separately; applying them to a home requires its own assessment.
